I can’t believe it,” she said, weeping.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Karpenko said they heard an explosion at the nearby thermal power plant, followed by a stronger blast that shook the windows of her home.
