Beaman urged the state to come to the table with a better offer.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"We have not taken this decision lightly, but the government has left us no choice," she said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"Fair pay. Safe conditions. Respect.
