But I couldn't get him out of the car."</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Police said the 70-year-old man didn't have drugs or alcohol in his system.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>They're investigating whether he may have suffered a medical episode behind the wheel.</span></div></div>
