class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"I've called them a brat pack, you know, young people terrifying those within a shopping precinct and also conducting class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The group later congregated at Mordialloc Pier, allegedly hurling glass jars and bottles at police, who used capsicum spray to disperse the crowd.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>No emergency treatment was required, according to Ambulance Victoria.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>One person, a 15-year-old boy, was arrested and interviewed by Minister Anthony Carbines urged parents and guardians of the children involved to contact CrimeStoppers.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"If you recognise your kid there, you should be taking them down to the local cop shop and take some responsibility, because the behavior was disgraceful," Carbines group of local teens. </span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"They were people from the Bentleigh area, Black Rock and surrounding areas other males in front of a large group of onlookers.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The victim suffered minor injuries and the
