<div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>A letter purporting to be from the NSW Education Standards Authority about a rescheduled Higher School Certificate (HSC) exam has been labelled a hoax.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The viral photo of a notice that English 2 students are required to re-sit their final exam has been identified as false, with the education board slamming the scam as "unnecessary stress for students".</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"We are aware of a hoax being shared online concerning 'rescheduled exams' for English Paper 2," a spokesperson for the NSW Education Standards Authority said in a statement released on Saturday night.</span></div></div><div><div id="adspot-mobile-medium"></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"This is false and is incredibly disappointing. </span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"Sharing hoaxes contributes unnecessary stress for students, who are focused on preparing for their exams. </span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"HSC students are advised to disregard rumours and hoaxes about exam content or schedules shared on any platform.
