50 well-connected areas will be required to pay $11,350 for each new home built on a site.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>That's in addition to 10 pilot activity centres earmarked by the government last year.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The government estimates the program will rake in $4 billion by 2051 from the fee.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The funds will go towards infrastructure projects such as parks, road upgrades, school expansions and better public transport, according to the government.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div
