He was stoked," his family said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Shark culling calls emerged after this week's attack, but Payne's family said he would not have supported it.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"Steve would not support a shark cull or any attempt to kill the shark responsible.
