overarching principle for bail decision-making, which means remand will no longer be a "last resort" for youth offenders.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The bill has also introduced two new bail offences, which include "commit an indictable offence while on bail for an indictable offence" and "breach of condition of bail".</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Both offences will be punishable by up to three months imprisonment on top that will start immediately, and our justice system has the capacity for these changes when these changes come into place," Allan told reporters today.</span></div></div><div
