<p class="speakable">The United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) announced Friday that the <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/category/us/military" rel="noopener" target="_blank">U.S. military</a> carried out an operation targeting suspected drug traffickers in the Caribbean, leaving three people dead.</p><p class="speakable">"On Feb. 13, at the direction of #SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis L.
