The image was numbered "EFTA00000468," but as of Saturday at 2.45pm ET (6.45am Sunday AEDT), the website jumps from file "EFTA00000467" to "EFTA00000469."</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>It's not immediately clear why the photo may have been removed.
