Point, which will open at 10am on December 31.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Spots in the Rocks will also have a great view, opening for crowds from 1pm.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Blue Waters Point Reserve will also have some great free viewing spots, and will open at 9am.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Kirribilli will also have areas where the public can settle until the
