class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Emergency services were called to the corner of Murphys Lane and Bonang-Orbost Road in Orbost, east of Melbourne, at third male, aged 16, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Police have not yet established community, is something as devastating as this."</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Police are appealing for dashcam footage from vehicles in the area at the time to help determine the exact cause of the crash.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"We have had quite a bit of rain over the last few days, and it is my understanding it was dark and raining at the time," Acting Inspector Rachel Chapman said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div carefully.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"There's wildlife, there's winding bends, there are slippery conditions from time to time," Banwell said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"These are the things which can catch people off guard, if they come to visit, especially around the snow season.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"You can put as many speed limits in as you want, but you need to drive to the actual conditions of the road."</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>All Victorians have a role to play in reducing road trauma, he said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"Whether that be to drive in a safe and appropriate manner, or ... to pull up those, whether they be friends, family or other community members, who habitually drive in a poor manner - pull them aside.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"The same way we address family violence, this is the way we need to address road trauma.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"It's not just the drivers, it's the whole community.
