and now we've got New South Wales and WA Labor premiers saying the fuel they secure is only going to be for their citizens.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"The prime minister does need to call a national cabinet and get everyone on the same page because this is a global crisis.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"And the people who grow your bananas live in a different state to you and the people that produce your beef live in a different state to you.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"So when Annastacia says it is not a matter of life and death that is not class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The debate comes on the back of a fire at Viva's oil refinery in Geelong, one of only two operational refineries in the country.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>The other is Ampol's Lytton refinery in Brisbane.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Energy Minister Chris Bowen has conceded </span><a
