"shameful".</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>But it was disputed that he held an intention to kill or cause her really serious injury, the barrister said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Intention was one of the four elements of murder the prosecution must
