studies that shows that this generation of young adults may be the unhealthiest when it comes to their heart health," the Heart Foundation's Natalie Raffoul said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"Particularly, we see rising levels of obesity, blood sugar levels and physical inactivity."</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>According to the latest Australian survey, 80 per cent of young adults (aged 25-34) did not meet physical activity class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Concerns about heart health have put the eating habits of young adults under the microscope. </span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>A separate study found that 40 per cent of their energy intake comes from takeaway food, snacks and restaurant meals. </span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Researchers blame the system, including the rapid expansion of meal delivery apps.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"These services are heavily advertised towards young people, as soon as you sign up to an app, you've got notifications,
