guy".</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Nguyen woke one morning in May to see his street swarming with detectives.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>'I saw they carried a lot of documents, a lot of box, they put in the car," Nguyen said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"After that they escort the guy with the handcuffs into the car.</span></div></div><div crimes against children at childcare centres across Melbourne, including here in Point Cook, was a former student of our college," Emmanuel College principal Dr Janine Biggin said in a statement parent suggested.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>"I'll be pushing for cameras in every single room," Chidwala said.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Premier Jacinta Allan today announced an urgent review into childcare safety to bring immediate changes to the sector off the back of the allegations made against Brown.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Victorian childcare centres will also be required to adopt a ban on personal devices by September 26.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>Childcare centres which do not comply may face fines of up to $50,000.</span></div></div><div class="block-content"><div class="styles__Container-sc-1ylecsg-0 goULFa"><span>As Brown waits to face court again he'll remain at the Melbourne Assessment Prison, isolated from the general population out of fear he could be attacked behind bars.</span></div></div><div
